Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic Manager to oversee and optimize the export and import operations of our company. As the Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulations, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our export and import processes.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and optimize export and import operations.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders.
  2. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
    • Handle shipping documentation in accordance with regulations.
  3. Cost Reduction:

    • Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.
    • Optimize transportation, warehousing, and fuel efficiency.
  4. Continuous Improvement:

    • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
    • Implement new ways to make the logistics system more efficient and effective.
  5. Stakeholder Interaction:

    • Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
  6. Team Management:

    • Lead and motivate a diverse logistics team.
    • Manage team performance and development.
  7. Adaptability:

    • Adapt to changing market conditions and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
    • Implement strategies to address evolving logistical challenges.
  8. Technology Utilization:

    • Proficiency in logistics management software and relevant computer applications.
    • Utilize technology to streamline logistics processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in logistics management, specifically in export and import operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with various transportation modes, freight forwarding, and logistics software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating a diverse logistics team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and logistics management software.

Approximate Salary: 15000-30000 per month

  • Incident rate.
  • Reduction in logistics-related costs or errors.
